I completely understand that sometimes you will get something that just doesn’t work out or maybe didn't meet you expectations. So I’m happy to give you 7 days to think on it. If you come to the conclusion that what I made for you just don't make you happy, just send it back. Please send the unused item back in the same condition I sent it to you in, along with the original packaging. Feel free to keep the stickers that are included in every order. I do not refund shipping fees.
To complete your return, send me an email with your invoice number and reason for the return. Buyer's remorse and angry spouse returns not accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to let you know the action I’m taking. If a credit is issued to your original payment method, that sometimes takes a few days to process so please be patient. I can assure you I do not drag my feet on refunds.
Unfortunately, If your product has been personalized or customized in anyway I will not issue a refund. Sorry, unlike bowling shirts, it's hard to sell a wallet with someone's name in it.
Items lost in the mail
Once and item has a tracking number assigned to it and possession is taken by whichever mail service, it is no longer my responsibility. I ship all leather goods leather good USPS so that insurance covers any lost package but it is up to you as the customer to handle that situation with USPS or whatever shipping service you selected. Unfortunately, all I can do is provide a tracking number.
