The Lumberjack

Inspired by my grandfather, a US Army WWII Veteran who worked as a lumberjack after serving as an infantry machine gunner. Decorated with several honors and medals for his service. 

My dad told me a few short stories about how he spent his childhood driving into the woods in a flatbed truck to cut down trees to make fence posts to sell.
